We award Art Prizes to encourage budding artists in state schools in the Inner London boroughs surrounding Painters' Hall, giving them the opportunity to represent their schools at a respected event and take pride in their achievements.
The prize winners are selected by their schools and they are invited, with their families and/or teachers, to attend a Prize Giving ceremony at Painters' Hall where they are presented with their chosen art book, a certificate and a voucher for art materials. They also bring with them an art work which is displayed in a small exhibition for the Prize Giving Day.
